Promo code not working?
Check: 1) code entered without spaces in uppercase; 2) you are on the DigiSeller payment page; 3) a plan is selected. If nothing helps — write to support with your order number.
Can multiple promo codes be used?
No, only one promo code per purchase. Currently only UMBRELLA7 is active — old codes (UMBRELLA15, NEW20, etc.) have expired.
When will you add a better discount code?
Discount promotions run around holidays: Valentine's Day, New Year, major Dota patch releases. Check this section or ask for a current code in our support live chat so you don't miss them.
Can UMBRELLA7 be used more than once?
Not any more — the code has expired and will not apply at checkout. It applies to any plan — from 3 days to 30.
