What Procast does

Procast is a real-time burst damage calculator module. It sums the potential damage of all your hero's abilities and items against a selected target, accounts for magic resistance, amplifications and reductions, and instantly displays whether your full combo will secure the kill.

How the calculation works

• Summing damage sources — Procast scans all active abilities and inventory items and combines the total burst into a single number.
• Resistance factoring — the module applies the target's current magic resistance, armor, shield effects and active BKB before delivering a verdict.
• Amplifications and reductions — Aghanim's Shard/Scepter, Ethereal Blade, Orchid and other damage modifiers are automatically included in the calculation.
• On-screen indicators — a numeric total damage value and a color marker appear above the target or in the HUD: green (killable), yellow (borderline), red (not enough damage).
• Kill alert — an optional pop-up notification fires the moment the kill threshold is reached, so you can commit to the combo without hesitation.

Target evaluation modes

• Target under cursor — Procast automatically evaluates the enemy nearest to your cursor.
• Auto mode — the module continuously checks all visible enemies and highlights the first one you can kill.
• Manual lock — press the key on a target to pin it for continuous calculation.

How it helps in-game

Knowing whether your combo will kill before you commit is the difference between a clean kill and a wasted ultimate. Procast flips the information balance in your favor:

• Never waste a full combo on a target you can't kill → the enemy walks away at 5% HP while your cooldowns are spent. Procast says "no" before you commit.
• Know the exact damage threshold → wait for the right item or level before going in for the gank.
• BKB and shields are accounted for → you won't dump magic damage into thin air; the module sees active defenses.
• Perfect for burst heroes → Lina, Lion, Tinker, Zeus, Invoker — where a single combo decides everything, Procast becomes a standard tool.

Combined with Info Screen you know both where the enemy is and whether you can kill them in one combo — the two conditions for a successful gank, simultaneously.

How to enable Procast in Umbrella

1. Launch Umbrella (download the loader).
2. In the menu, activate the Procast module.
3. Choose a target mode: "cursor target" or "auto-evaluate all visible enemies".
4. Configure the kill alert and indicator color thresholds to your preference.
5. For full potential, enable the Combo Builder integration — Procast signals when to strike and Builder executes the combo with a single key press.

Is Procast safe to use

Any cheat carries risk. Umbrella minimizes it with two tools:

• Spoofer — masks the HWID so a new account doesn't get tied to an old Valve ban.
• Cloud config storage — settings aren't written to the file system, so there are no traces when the client is scanned.
