The data is collected from OpenDota at high ranks (Ancient+). Pick rate reflects a pick's popularity in the draft phase, win rate — its statistical success. Heroes in this top usually stay relevant for 1-2 minor patches, then the balance shifts via nerfs or new items. On the pro scene, the standard top-15 matches the public meta sample by 70-80%.
